Affordable Housing
Affordable housing is one of my top priorities to ensure that hardworking families and senior residents in Hayward have access to affordable housing. I am committed to working together to change the current rule that mandates that 13% of the new developments become affordable housing. Let's raise the threshold to 20%, and create a more inclusive community.
